Banana Cake with Chocolate Cream

1: Preheat oven to 360°F.

2: Mix all the dry ingredients, except sugar, in a bowl and set aside.

3: In a large bowl, mash bananas using a fork.

4: Add oil, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.

5: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and blend. Do not overmix.

6: Transfer the batter into a large shallow baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.

7: Add chocolate chips on top of the batter.

8: Bake for 18-20 minutes at 360°F.

9: Let the cake cool down and cut it into two circles.

10: Layer with chocolate cream and sliced strawberries.

11: Use chocolate whipped cream frosting to decorate its top.

12: Refrigerate for 2-4 hours or eat fresh.
