1: Cut white bread into circles using a cookie cutter and make them thinner with a rolling pin.

2: Brush with ghee or melted butter and place the bread circles in greased muffin molds.

3: Preheat the oven to 360°F and bake the cups for 8-10 minutes.

4: Let the cups cool completely after baking.

5: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla extract, and butter until smooth and set aside.

6: To assemble, add cream cheese frosting to the baked cup.

7: Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top.

8: Place the gulab jamun over it and sprinkle more crushed pistachios on top.
