Veggie Manchurian made with a healthy twist using oats instead of all-purpose flour. Small manchurian balls are cooked at low to medium heat, with an option to add water for gravy. This version offers a delicious and nutritious alternative to the traditional recipe.
 Finely chop the vegetables.
Grind the oats into a fine powder.
Combine chopped vegetables, oats powder, garlic, ginger, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce, and salt to create the manchurian mixture.
Shape the mixture into small balls.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the manchurian balls on low to medium heat, covering them while cooking.
For the gravy, mix oats flour, finely chopped vegetables, spring onion, chopped garlic, chilli flakes, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce, water, and oil in a separate pan.
Cook until the gravy thickens and serve with the manchurian.
