Whole Wheat Protein Butter Cookies

1: Preheat oven at 360°F.

2: Grease a baking tray or line with parchment paper.

3: In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, detox organics Vanilla protein powder, cardamom, salt, and baking powder.

4: Add butter and break it with your fingertips, mixing until you get a crumbly mixture.

5: Add sugar and mix well.

6: Add sour cream and milk to make a firm dough.

7: Roll the cookie dough into a log and wrap it in cling film.

8: Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

9: Take it out and slice the log.

10: Place cookies on the tray and add rainbow sprinkles on top.

11: Bake for 18-22 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies.

12: Let it cool on a wire rack.
